AIA Studios Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AIA Studios ("we", "us"), operated by AIA Agency International, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our content scheduling and publishing service.

1. Information we collect

Account authorization data: when you connect a social account (e.g. via TikTok Login), we receive access and refresh tokens and a basic account identifier needed to publish on your behalf.
Content you schedule: the videos, images, captions and metadata you choose to publish through the service.
Performance data: basic public metrics of your own posts (such as views, reach, likes) used to provide analytics back to you.

2. How we use information

To publish and schedule content to your own connected accounts at your request.
To provide you with performance analytics of your own content.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising to third parties.

3. Data from TikTok

When you authorize the TikTok integration, we access only the scopes you grant:

user.info.basic – your open ID, display name and avatar, to show which account you are posting to.
video.upload / video.publish – to upload or publish the videos you choose, with the settings you select.
user.info.stats – your follower, following, likes and video counts, shown in your performance insights.
video.list – a list of your public videos with their view, like, comment and share counts, shown in your performance insights.

This data is displayed only to you, used solely to provide the service to you, never shared with third parties, and handled in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms and Policies. Daily snapshots of these metrics are kept so you can see trends over time; they are deleted when you disconnect and ask us to remove your data.

4. Storage & security

Access tokens are stored in restricted, access-controlled application storage and are used only to perform actions you request. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.

5. Revocation & deletion

You can disconnect your account at any time via the platform's app settings (e.g. TikTok → Security & Permissions → Apps) or by contacting us. Upon revocation or request, we delete the associated tokens and data. To request deletion, email aia.agency.international@gmail.com.

6. Third parties

The service interacts with the platforms you connect (e.g. TikTok, Meta) via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
